At ZZZZ Best Tees, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If a garment needs to be returned, please review the following policy to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided with all returns.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns showing noticeable wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed or personalised garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact ZZZZ Best Tees via email to request a return authorisation.
  2. Once approved, securely package the garment and include proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
