At ZZZZ Best Tees, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If a garment needs to be returned, please review the following policy to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided with all returns.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns showing noticeable wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom printed or personalised garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact ZZZZ Best Tees via email to request a return authorisation.
- Once approved, securely package the garment and include proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
- Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
